Air Hoses
One of the most important components of the industrialized world’s infrastructure is the vast network of pipelines and process piping. Pipelines transport water, sewage, steam, and gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons. The term “process piping” generally refers to the system of pipes that transport process fluids (e.g., air, steam, water, industrial gases, fuels, chemicals) around an industrial facility. Pipelines and process piping are generally made of steel, cast iron, copper, or specialty metals in certain highly aggressive environments. The use of rubber materials is growing, especially in air hose lines.

APPLICATION
For all types of industrial operations involving air. Mainly used for conveying of air, inert gas and water in mining, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, steel production etc.
Type E: EPDM based hose
Type N: NBR based, oil resistant hose.
Tube: seamless. Synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: High tensile polyester or polyamide fibers.
Air Hose Working Temperature: -40℃(-104℉)to 70℃(+158℉)
